MPXA6115A6U high temperature resistant high precision integrated pressuresensor

 

Freescale's MPXA6115A family of manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensors are designed for engine control and can sense absolute air pressure. Freescale's MAP sensors integrate on-chip technology, bipolar op amp circuitry and thin-film resistor networks to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. With their small size and high reliability integrated on-chip, Freescale's MAP sensors are a reasonable and economical choice for automotive system designers.
