MPXAZ4100A6T1 20 to 105 kPa integrated silicon pressure sensor, temperature compensated and calibrated
The MPxx4100 family (MPX4100, MPX4100A/MPXA4100A, and MPXAZ4100A series) manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensors are designed for engine control and sense absolute air pressure in the intake manifold. This measurement can be used to calculate the total amount of fuel required for each cylinder. With its small size and high reliability of on-chip integration, Freescale MAP sensors are a reasonable and economical choice for automotive system designers.
The MPxx4100 series piezoresistive sensors are the latest monolithic, signal-conditioned, silicon pressure sensors. This sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal that is proportional to the pressure being measured.
