MPXH6250A6T1 20 to 250 kPa integrated silicon pressure sensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

The MPxx6250 family (MPXH6250A and MPXHZ6250A series) integrates a bipolar op-amp circuit and a thin-film resistor network on-chip to provide high-level output signals and temperature compensation. The miniaturization and high reliability of on-chip integration make Freescale sensors the most economical and ideal choice for automotive system designers.  

The MPxx6250 series sensors are the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensors with signal conditioning. The sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
