MPXH6400AC6T1 20 to 400 kPa integrated silicon pressure sensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

The MPxx6400 family (MPXH6400A and MPXHZ6400A series) integrates on-chip technology, bipolar op-amp circuitry, and a network of thin-film resistors to provide high output signal and temperature compensation. With its small size and high reliability of on-chip integration, Freescale pressure sensors are a reasonable and economical choice for system designers.

The MPxx6400 family is the newest monolithic, signal-conditioned, silicon pressure sensor. The sensor family combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure under measurement.
