MPXH6400AC6U 20 to 400kPa integrated silicon pressuresensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

The MPxx6400 family (MPXH6400A and MPXHZ6400A Series) integrates on-chip technology, bipolar op amp circuitry, and thin-film resistor networks to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. The small size and high reliability of on-chip integration make Freescale pressure sensors a reasonable, economical choice for system designers.

The MPxx6400 family is the latest monolithic, signal conditioning, silicon pressure sensor. Combining advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes, this family of sensors provides an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
