MPXHZ6130AC6U is resistant to media integrated pressuresensor
The MPXHZ6400A series of sensors integrates on-chip technology, bipolar op amp circuitry, and thin-film resistor networks to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. The sensor's package is designed to withstand high humidity and general automotive media. Freescale Semiconductor's small size and high reliability of on-chip integration make Freescale Semiconductor pressure sensors a reasonable, economical choice for system designers. The MPXHZ6130A series piezoresistive sensors are the latest monolithic, signal conditioning, silicon pressure sensors. Combining advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes, the sensor provides an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
