MPXHZ6130AC6U Medium-resistant integrated pressure sensor

 

 

MPXHZ6400A series sensors integrate on-chip technology, bipolar op-amp circuitry, and a network of thin-film resistors to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. The sensor is packaged to withstand high humidity and general automotive media. With their small size and high reliability of on-chip integration, Freescale Semiconductor pressure sensors are a reasonable and economical choice for system designers. MPXHZ6130A series piezoresistive sensors are the latest monolithic, signal-conditioned, silicon pressure sensors. This sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal that is proportional to the pressure being measured.
