MPXV5010DP

The MP3V5010 series of piezoresistive sensors is the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensor that can be used in a wide range of applications, especially those using microcontrollers or microprocessors with A/D inputs. Combining advanced micromachining technology, thin-film metallization and bipolar processes, the sensor provides an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.

  • Suitable for microprocessor- or microcontroller-based systems
  • Durable epoxy monolithic packages and thermoplastic (PPS) surface-mount packages
  • Temperature compensation ranges from -40°C to +125°C

  • Differential and gauge pressure configurations are available
  • Surface mount (SMT) or via hole mount (DIP) construction is available
