MPXV5100GP 集成式压力sensor
The MPXV5100 series of piezoresistive sensors in a small form factor package (SOP) is the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensor that can be used in a wide range of applications, especially those using microcontrollers or microprocessors with A/D inputs. This patented single-element sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processes to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
