MSP430F427IPMR 16-bit ultra-low-power microcontroller with 32KB flash, 1KB RAM, SIGMA-Δ ADC, 128-segment LCD

illustrate   Texas Instruments' MSP430 ultra-low-power microcontroller family includes multiple devices with peripheral sets for a variety of different applications. The architecture, with five low-power modes combined, is optimized to achieve extended battery life in portable measurement applications. The device features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and attributes to maximize code efficiency and constant generator. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) allows wake-up from low-power mode in active mode in less than 6μs. The MSP430F42x series is a microcontroller configuration of three independent 16-bit Sigma-Δ A/D converters, each with an integrated programmable gain differential amplifier input stage.   characteristic   Low supply voltage range, 1.8 V to 3.6 V Ultra-low power consumption: Active mode: 400 microamps at 1 MHz, 3.0 V Standby mode: 1.6 microamps Off mode (RAM hold): 0.1 microamperes There are 5 power-saving modes Wake up in less than 6 microseconds from standby mode Frequency-locked phase-loop, frequency-locked ring+ 16-bit RISC structure, 125 ns instruction cycle time Three independent 16-bit Sigma-Δ A/D converters input differential US PGA 16-bit 3-way capture Timer_A/comparison register 128-segment integrated LCD driver Serial Communication Interface (USART), asynchronous UART, or synchronous SPI are selected via software Power loss detector Supply voltage monitor/monitor programmable level detection On-board serial programming eliminates the need for secure fuse programmable code protection required for external programming voltages The bootloader is on the flash device Family members include: MSP430F423: 8KB + 256B flash memory, 256B RAM MSP430F425: 16KB + 256B flash memory, 512B RAM
