The NJM2509 is a video superimposer with a Y/C mixing circuit. The Y signal input has a sink chip clamping function, which is suitable for fixed DC level of video signals, and the superimposed voltage is internally fixed to swing level and black level.
Basic characteristics of the circuit:

2 Internal clamping circuit (Y signal), bias circuit (G signal);
3. The superimposed voltage is internally fixed to white level and black level;
