Product Introduction

The OPA129 is an ultra-low bias-current monolithic op-amp in an 8-pin PDIP and SO-8 package. Featuring advanced geometric dilectrically isolated field-effect tube (Difet ®) inputs, this monolithic amplifier achieves a high level of performance.

The main contributor to the elimination of condensation current in difet manufacturing is the input bias current FET in one piece with a conventional iron plate. This will reduce the input bias from 10 times to 100 times the current level. The extremely low input bias current can be achieved without resorting to small geometry FET or CMOS designs and can withstand greater offset voltages, voltage noise, drift, poor supply rejection.

The OPA129 has a special lead wire to eliminate leakage current, which occurs with other op amps
