Product Introduction

The OPA141, OPA2141, OPA4141 amplifier and family is a low-power JFET input amplifier with good drift and low input bias current series. The rail-to-rail output swing and input range, including the V-shape, enables designers to take advantage of the low noise characteristics of JFET amplifiers, while also connecting to modern, single-supply, precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs).

The OPA141 achieves a unified gain bandwidth of 10MHz and a slew rate of 20V/μs while consuming only 1.8mA quiescent current (typical). It operates on a single 4.5 to 36V supply or dual ± 2.25V to ± 18V supply.

All versions have a full range of -40°C to +125°C for use in the most challenging environments.
