Product Introduction

The OPA320 (single channel) and OPA2320 (dual) are a new generation of precision, low-voltage CMOS optimized for low noise and high bandwidth, while operating the low quiescent current of an operational amplifier of only 1.45 milliamps.

The OPA320 series is ideal for low-power, single-supply applications. Low noise (7nV/√Hz) and high speed operation also make them adequately suitable for driving sampled analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). Other applications include signal conditioning and sensor amplification.

The OPA320 has zero cross-distortion and provides excellent common-mode rejection ratios that are typically 114 dB (common-mode rejection ratio) at the input level over the entire input range. The input common-mode range extends beyond the negative and positive 100mV supply rails.
