Product Introduction

The OPA337 and OPA338 series of rail-to-rail output CMOS op amps are designed for low-cost and small scale applications. Available in a SOT23-8 package, the OPA2337EA and OPA2338EA are Texas Instruments' smallest dual op amps. In 1/4 size traditional SO-8 surface mount, they are ideal for space-sensitive applications.

Utilizing state-of-the-art CMOS, the OPA337 and OPA338 op amps feature low bias current, high speed, high open-loop gain, and rail-to-rail output swing. They operate on a single supply of 2.5V while operating with a low quiescent current of only 525μA. In addition, the input common-mode voltage range includes ground ideal for supplying a single supply.

The OPA337 series is unit gain stable.
