Product Introduction

The OPAx348 series amplifiers are single-supply, low-power CMOS operational amplifiers. With an extended bandwidth of 1 MHz and a supply current of 45 μA, the OPAx348 is useful for low-power applications up to 5.5 V from a single 2.1 V supply

The low supply current of 45μA and the input bias of 0.5 pA make the OPAx348 the best candidate for applications with low power consumption and high impedance, such as smoke detectors and other sensors.

The OPA2348 is available in a SOIC-8 (four) package and is available in a TSSOP-14 (Wednesday) package in this OPA4348. The automotive-grade temperature range of -40°C provides additional design flexibility for all supply voltages of 125°C.
