Product introduction

The OPA349 and OPA2349 are ultra-low power 70kHz bandwidth operational amplifiers that provide only 1μA of quiescent current. These rail-to-rail input and output amplifiers are designed for battery-powered applications. The input common-mode voltage range exceeds Rails 350mV within a 200mV range of the rails output, maintaining a wide dynamic range. Unlike some micropower op amps, these components are unity gain stable, require no external compensation, and achieve wide bandwidths. The OPA349 has a low input bias current, making large source and feedback resistors.

The OPA349 can be operated with little change in power supply from 1.8V to 5.5V, ensuring sustained superior performance even at low battery levels.
