Product Introduction

The OPA349 and OPA2349 are ultra-low-power and provide 70kHz bandwidth op amps with quiescent current of only 1μA. These rail-to-rail input and output amplifiers are designed for battery-powered applications. The input common-mode voltage range extends beyond the Rails 350mV range of the power rail output swing of 200mV, maintaining a wide dynamic range. Unlike some micropower op-amps, these components are ununit gain stable and require no external compensation for wide bandwidth. The OPA349 has a low input bias current, enabling large source and feedback resistance.

The OPA349 can be operated with little variation from 1.8V to 5.5V in terms of performance, ensuring continuous superior performance even with low battery.
