Product Introduction

The gain bandwidth of the 18MHz amplifiers of the OPA381 transimpedance family is provided (GBW) with extreme accuracy, excellent long-term stability, and extremely low 1/f noise.The offset voltage features 25μV (max) for the OPA381, 0.1μV°C/(max) for the offset lane, and 3pA for the bias current.The OPA381's much more offset, drift, and noise performance provides a conventional JFET amplifier.

The bandwidth of the transimpedance signal is largely dependent on the amplification and parasitic capacitance diodes of the GBW amplifier, as well as the feedback resistors.The OPA381 GBW's 18MHz bandwidth can enable trans-impedance >:250kHz in most configuration methods.The OPA381 fits perfectly into the fast control loop pair of power at fiber level measurement.
