Product Introduction

The OPA2670 provides high output current and low distortion for emerging xDSL and powerline modem driver applications. Operating from a single +12 V supply, the OPA2670 consumes a low quiescent current of 30.5 mA and provides a very high output current of 700mA. This output current supports even the most demanding larger output currents exceeding the xDSL requirements of four to five milliamps with low harmonic distortion (+25°C minimum). ADSL uplink power levels provide comprehensive peak rates in differential drive applications with distortion of less than -71dBc. The high bandwidth of 320MHz also supports the requirements of the most demanding VDSL2 line drivers.

The power control feature allows the system to include power to a minimum.
