Product Introduction

The OPA2677 provides the needs of emerging xDSL and powerline modem driver applications with high output current and low distortion. With a single +12 V supply in operation, the OPA2677 consumes a low quiescent current of 9 mA/ch to provide a very high 500 mA output current. This output current supports even the most demanding ADSL client device requirements with a minimum output current of >380 mA with low harmonic distortion (+25°C minimum value). Differential driver applications will be at full rate ADSL peak power upstream levels - 85dBc distortion. The high bandwidth of 200MHz will also support the requirements of the most demanding VDSL line drivers.

OPA2677 will also support single +5 V or dual ± 5V supplies when ± 6V supply designation (+12 V operation is supported).
