Product Introduction

This OPA2690 represents an important step in unity-gain-stable, voltage-feedback operational amplifiers. A new internal architecture provides slew rates and full power bandwidth previously only found in wideband current feedback op amps. A new output stage architecture provides a minimum headroom for high demanding currents. These give special single power supply to work. With a single +5 V supply, OPA2690 can provide an output swing of 120mA with a drive current of 120mA and a bandwidth of 150MHz from 1V to 4V. This combination of features makes OPA2690 an ideal RGB line driver or input driver for a single supply analog-to-digital converter (ADC).

The low 5.5mA/ch supply OPA2690 is currently trimmed at +25°C This trim, together with the low temperature drift, offers a lower maximum and higher than the current analogues.
