Product introduction

The OPA703 and OPA704 series of op amps are optimized for rail-to-rail input and output swing applications. Single, dual, and quad versions are available in a variety of packages. Although quiescent current is less than 200uA, the OPA703 per amplifier also offers excellent dynamic performance (GBW at 1MHz and 0.6V/us SR) and unity gain stability. The optimized OPA704 is 5 or greater gains and offers GBW and 3V/us 3MHz conversion rates.

The OPA703 and OPA704 series are fully specified and above for ± 2V to 6V supply voltage range ± guaranteed. The input swing exceeds the railways and railways with an output swing of 40mV in the range of 300mV.

Single versions (OPA703 and OPA704) are available in the SOT23-5 and standard SO-8 surface mount in MicroSIZE, as well as in the DIP-8 package.
