Product Introduction

The OPA703 and OPA704 series of op amps are optimized for rail-to-rail input and output swing applications. Single, double, and quadruple versions are available in a variety of packages. Although the quiescent current is less than 200uA, the OPA703 per amplifier also offers excellent dynamic performance (GBW at 1MHz and 0.6V/us SR) and unity-gain stability. The optimized OPA704 is 5 or greater gain and offers a conversion rate of GBW and 3V/us 3MHz.

The OPA703 and OPA704 series are fully specified and above guaranteed over a voltage range of ± 2V to ± 6V. The input swing exceeds 40mV for rail and rail with an output swing of 300mV.

In (OPA703 and OPA704) single versions are available in MicroSIZE SOT23-5 and standard SO-8 surface mounts, as well as in DIP-8 packages.
