Product Introduction

The OPA2846 offers two very low-noise, high-gain bandwidth voltage-feedback op-amps in a single package. Operates from a low 12.6mA/channel quiescent current and delivers 1.2nV/channel per channel Hz input voltage noise bandwidth products have 1.65GHz gain. The minimum stable gain is specified at +7 V/V for superior flatness, while guaranteed gain at +10 V/V

The combination of low noise, high voltage slew rate (600V/μs) and wide band allows very high SFDR differential receiver execution. In addition, decompensation, low noise, voltage feedback op amps are ideal for wideband resistance requirements. Dual-channel OPA2846 provide channels that match high-speed transresistance requirements. Excellent gain and phase-matched gain bandwidth matching at 20dB over 200MHz provides IF I and Q-channel amplifier frequencies.
