Product introduction

This series of amplifiers OPA348 single supply, low power micropackage, CMOS operational amplifier. With an extended bandwidth of 1MHz and a supply of 45μA, the OPA348 family is useful for single-supply low-power applications from 2.1V to 5.5V.

The low 45μA supply current and 0.5Pa input bias current make the OPA348 family ideal for low power consumption applications such as smoke detectors and other sensors with high impedance.

The OPA348 is available in tiny SC70-5 packages and SOT23-5 and SO-8 packages. The OPA2348 is available in SOT23-8 and SO-8 packages, and the OPA4348 is available in space-saving TSSOP-14 and SO-14 packages. Additional supply voltage design flexibility is available for all +125°C over the -40°C extended temperature range.
