Product Introduction

This series of amplifiers OPA348 is a single-supply, low-power micro-package, CMOS op-amp. With an extended bandwidth of 1MHz and a supply of 45μA, the OPA348 series is useful for low-power applications from a single supply of 2.1V to 5.5V.

The low 45μA supply current and input bias current of 0.5Pa make the OPA348 series an optimal candidate for low power consumption, such as high-impedance applications for smoke detectors and other sensors.

The OPA348 is available in a miniature SC70-5 package, SOT23-5 and SO-8 packages. The OPA2348 is available in SOT23-8 and SO-8 packages, as well as the space-saving TSSOP-14 and SO-14 packages, OPA4348 space-saving. Provides additional supply voltage design flexibility for all +125°C over the -40°C extended stage temperature range.
