Product Introduction

In the high-speed OPA354 series, the voltage feedback op amp is a CMOS designed for video and other high-bandwidth applications. They have a stable unity gain and can drive large output currents. The differential gain and differential phase 0.02% are 0.09°. The quiescent current is only 4.9 milliamps per channel.

The OPA354 Series op amps are optimized for operation to power single or dual supplies as low as 2.5V (± 1.25V) and up to 5.5V (± 2.75V). The common-mode input range is beyond supply. Outputs tracks in the range of 100mV swing, supporting a wide dynamic range.

For full current applications requiring a continuous output of 100mA, the single, dual SO-8 will be PowerPAD versions.
