In the high-speed OPA354 family, voltage feedback op amps are CMOS designed for video and other applications that require high bandwidth. They are unity-gain stable and can drive large output currents. The differential gain and differential phase of 0.02% is 0.09°. Quiescent current is only 4.9 mA per channel.

The OPA354 series of op amps is optimized for operation from single or dual supplies as low as 2.5V (± 1.25V) and up to 5.5V (± 2.75V). The common-mode input range is out of supply. Tracks with output swings of 100mV support for wide dynamic range.

For complete current applications requiring a continuous output of 100mA, the single and dual SO-8 versions will be PowerPAD.
