Product Introduction

In the high-speed OPA354 series, the voltage feedback op amp is a CMOS designed for video and other high-bandwidth applications. They have a stable unity gain and can drive large output currents. The differential gain and differential phase 0.02% are 0.09°. Quiescent current is only 4.9 milliamps per channel.

The OPA354 Series op-amps are optimized for operation as low as 2.5 volts (± 1.25 V) and registered to 5.5 V (± 2.75 V) single or dual supply. The common-mode input range is beyond supply. Outputs rails with a swing of 100 mV and supports a wide dynamic range.

Stand-alone version (OPA354) available in a small SOT23-5 (volt decibel) package. This dual version (OPA2354) comes in a miniature MSOP-8 (DGK) package and features completely independent minimal crosstalk and free from interactive circuitry.
