In the high-speed OPA354 family, voltage feedback op amps are CMOS designed for video and other applications that require high bandwidth. They are unity-gain stable and can drive large output currents. The differential gain and differential phase of 0.02% is 0.09°. Quiescent current is only 4.9 mA per channel.

The OPA354 family of op amps is optimized for operation down to 2.5 volts (± 1.25 V) and registered to 5.5 V (± 2.75 V) single or dual supplies. The common-mode input range is out of supply. Rails with output swings of 100 mV support for wide dynamic range.

Stand-alone version (OPA354) available in small SOT23 - 5 (dBvolt) packages. This dual version (OPA2354) comes in miniature MSOP-8 (DGK) package and features completely independent minimal crosstalk and free of interactive circuitry.
