The low power and low cost of the family's OPA373 and OPA374 op amps have excellent bandwidth (6.5MHz) and kill rate (5V/μs).The 200mV input range extends beyond the guardrail and output range on 25mV rails.The speed/power ratio and small size make them ideal for portable and battery-powered applications.

The OPA373 family includes a shutdown mode.In logic control, the amplifier can be switched to normal operation with a standby current, which is less than 1μA.

The OPA373 and OPA374 op amps of the family operate from 2.7V to +5.5V from 2.3V to 5.5V with designated single or dual supply supplies from 2.3V, 5.5V++.All models are specified from -40 °C to +125 °C.
