Product Introduction

The low power and low cost of the OPA373 and OPA374 operational amplifiers in the home have excellent bandwidth (6.5MHz) and kill rate (5V/μs).The 200mV input range extends beyond the guardrail and output range to 25mV rails.The speed/power ratio and small scale make them ideal for portable and battery-powered applications.

The OPA373 family includes a shutdown mode.In logic control, the amplifier can be transferred to normal operation with a standby current of less than 1μA.

The OPA373 and OPA374 op amps for the home operate from 2.3V+++5.5V to select single or dual power supplies, from 2.3V, 5.5V++.All models are specified - from 40 ° C to + 125 ° C.
