Product Introduction

The OPA376-Q1 in the family represents a new generation of low-noise amplifiers with e-trim, providing excellent DC accuracy and AC performance.Rail-to-rail output, low offset (25μV max), low noise (7.5nV/√).hertz950μA), quiescent current and 5.5MHz max, make this part of the bandwidth attractive due to the wide variety of precision and portable applications.In addition, this unit has a reasonable supply range width, making it an excellent PSRR attractive for running applications directly from the battery without regulation.

OPA376-Q1 (stand-alone version of SC70-5) is available, SOT23-5 in MicroSIZE, SO-8 package.OPA2376-Q1 (double) course in SO-8 package.(4) OPA4376-Q1 provides a TSSOP-14 package.
