The 90MHz amplifier gain bandwidth of the OPA380 transimpedance family provides high-speed ([GBW]) operation with extremely high accuracy, excellent long-term stability, and extremely low 1/f noise.It is suitable for high-speed optoelectronic applications.The OPA380 features a 25μV drift of bias voltage offset and a 50pA bias current of 0.1μV/°C.The OPA380's much more offset, drift, and noise performance provides a conventional JFET amplifier.

The transimpedance signal bandwidth depends heavily on the amplification and parasitic capacitance diodes of the GBW amplifier, as well as the feedback resistor.The 90MHz bandwidth of the OPA380 GBW allows transimpedance 1MHz > in most configuration methods.
