Product Introduction

The 90MHz amplifier gain bandwidth of the OPA380 transimpedance family provides high-speed ([GBW]) operation with extreme accuracy, excellent long-term stability, and extremely low 1/f noise.It is suitable for high-speed optoelectronic applications.The OPA380 features a 25μV drift of the bias voltage, 50pA of 0.1μV/°C, and a bias current.The OPA380's much more offset, drift, and noise performance provides a regular JFET amplifier.

The bandwidth of the transimpedance signal is largely dependent on the amplification and parasitic capacitance diodes of the GBW amplifier, as well as the feedback resistors.The OPA380 GBW's 90MHz bandwidth can enable transimpedance of 1MHz > in most configuration methods.
