Product introduction

The OPA141, OPA2141, OPA4141 amplifiers and family are a low power JFET input amplifier with a family of good drift and low input bias current. Rail-to-rail output swing and input range, including V-shape, enable designers to take advantage of the low noise characteristics of JFET amplifiers while also connecting to modern, single-supply, precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs).

The OPA141 achieves a unity gain bandwidth of 10MHz and a slew rate of 20V/μs while consuming only 1.8mA of quiescent current (typical). It operates from a single 4.5 to 36V supply or dual ± 2.25V to ± 18V supply.

All versions are fully ranged from -40°C to +125°C for use in the most challenging environments.
