Product Introduction

The OPA344 and OPA345 series of rail-to-rail CMOS op amps are designed for high-precision, low-power, small form factor applications. The OPA344 is stable per unit gain, while the OPA345 is a gain greater than or equal to five optimizations and has a gain bandwidth product of 3MHz.

The OPA344 and OPA345 are optimized for operation in a single 2.5V supply and with an input common-mode voltage range, exceeding the material of 300mV to 5.5V. Quiescent current is only 250μA (maximum).

Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs make driving sampling analogue digital converters ideal for digital converters. They are also ideal for general purpose and audio applications and provide I/V conversion output in D/A converters.
