Product Introduction

The OPA373 and OPA374 op amps are low in power consumption and low cost with excellent bandwidth (6.5MHz) and conversion rate (5V/μs). 200mV for 25mV of track within the range of input and output tracks. The speed/power ratio and small size make them ideal for portable and battery-powered applications.

The OPA373 series includes a shutdown mode. In logic control, the amplifier can be switched to a standby current of less than 1uA for normal operation.

The OPA373 and OPA374 home are specified as +2.7 V single or dual supply to +5.5 V, +2.3 V to +5.5 from Operation V All models and indicate -40°C to +125°C
