Product Introduction

This is a large OPA445 op amp capable of operating from the power supply with an output current of 15mA and ± 45V.Suitable for various types of applications that require high output voltages or large module voltage fluctuations.

The OPA445 offers a wide range of powerbandwidth for high-voltage applications that typically require a high kill rate.Allows the FET input circuit device to be transferred to a feedback network with de-impedance to reduce the impact of its output load.Laser-tuned input circuit input bias voltage and low-yield drift.

In the standard OPA445 pinout is available, DIP-8 TO-99 surface wrap, SO-8 is both a SO-8 package with reduced junction temperature PowerPAD.
