Product Introduction

This is a low-cost, OPA564 high-current operational amplifier that is ideal for driving to 1.5A for reactive loads.Provides a high rate of 1.3MHz, kills full-power bandwidth and good linearity.These monolithic integrated circuits provide high reliability requirements for powerline, communication, and motor control applications.

Operates from a single OPA564 supply, supplying 7V 24V, or dual supplies of 3.5V to ±±12V.In single-supply operation, the common-mode input range extends to the negative supply.At maximum output current, a wide output swing provides a 20VPP (IOUT = 1.5A) capability and a named 24V supply.

Condition and current protection inside the OPA564 to prevent overload and overheating phenomena.
