Product Introduction

The OPA653 combines an internal gain JFET input setting resistor to achieve a fixed gain of +2 V/V for ultra-high dynamic range amplifiers with very wide voltage feedback operational amplifiers or -1 V/V for maximum gain.

The 500-MHz +2 V/v wide gain bandwidth is a very high complement to 2675-V/μs slew rate and settling time, making it ideal for time-domain and pulse-oriented applications for fast performance.

Excellent 72-dBc distortion performance at a THD of 10 MHz frequency, making the OPA653 a great choice for domain and FFT analysis applications.

Additionally, with a low voltage noise of 6.1 Nevada/√Hz, low bias current, and high-impedance JFET input, it supports very low-noise, broadband, and high-input impedance applications.
