The OPA653 combines an input set resistor with an internal gain JFET to achieve an ultra-high +2-V/V fixed-gain, dynamic range amplifier with very wideband voltage feedback op amps or -1-V/V to apply.
A wide gain bandwidth of +2 V/V of 500 - MHz is a very high addition to the slew rate and settling time of 2675-V/μs, making it ideal for time domain and pulse-guided applications that make it fast.
Excellent distortion performance of -72-dBc for THD at a frequency of 10 MHz makes the OPA653 an excellent choice for domain and FFT analysis applications.
Plus, that's 6.1 Nevada, which is low/√HzVoltage noise, low bias current, high impedance JFET input, it supports very low noise, wideband, high input impedance applications.
