Product Introduction

The OPA656 combines a very wideband, unity-gain-stable, voltage-fed FET input-level op-amp to provide an ultra-high ADC dynamic range amplifier (analog-to-digital converter) with buffering and cross-application. The extremely low DC error provides good accuracy in optical applications.

High unity gain bandwidth and stable JFET inputs allow for superior performance integrated at high speeds and low noise.

FET inputs with high input impedance and low bias current provide support for ultra-low 7nV/ Hz input voltage noise, enabling very low noise in wideband photodiode integrated resistor applications.

The wide resist bandwidth is achievable, giving the OPA656 a high gain bandwidth of 230MHz.
