Product Introduction

The OPA683 offers a new level of performance with a very low power, wideband, current feedback amplifier. This recirculating fluidized bed plus amplifier is the first to use an internal closed-loop input buffer stage to significantly exceed the performance of the low-power recirculating fluidized bed amplifier of the same period. While retaining the benefits of very low power consumption, this new architecture offers many of the benefits of a more ideal recirculating fluidized bed amplifier. The closed-loop input stage provides a buffer on the inverting input induced feedback error current in a very low, linear impedance path. This improved impedance bandwidth of the inverting input is reserved for special much higher gains and improved linear limited harmonic distortion in the inverting input before the solution.
