Product Introduction

The OPA694 is an ultra-wideband, low-power, current-feedback operational amplifier with high conversion rate and low differential gain/phase error. 一种改进的输出级提供±与 The low supply > 500MHz bandwidth meets the requirements of high current density video routers. RF applications can use the low chainsaw preamplifier OPA694. The extremely high third-order intercept provides much lower static power consumption than through many typical 70MHz RF amplifiers.

The OPA694 is available in one or two SO-8 industry standard pins and a SOT23-5 package.
