Product introduction

The OPA694 is an ultra-wideband, low-power, current-feedback op amp with high slew rate and low differential gain/phase error. An improved output stage provides ± AND Low supply > 500MHz bandwidth meets the requirements of high current density video routers. As a current feedback design, the OPA694 has a very high bandwidth, and at a gain of 10, the OPA694 still provides 200MHz of bandwidth.

RF applications can use the low chainsaw preamplifier OPA694. The extremely high third-order intercept provides much lower quiescent power consumption than many typical 70MHz RF amplifiers.

The OPA694 is available in one or two SO-8 industry standard pins and in SOT23-5 packages.
