The OPA703 and OPA704 series of op amps are optimized for rail-to-rail input and output swing applications. Single, dual, and quad versions are available in a variety of packages. Although quiescent current is less than 200uA, the OPA703 per amplifier also offers excellent dynamic performance (GBW at 1MHz and 0.6V/us SR) and unity gain stability. The optimized OPA704 is 5 or greater gains and offers GBW and 3V/us 3MHz conversion rates.

The OPA703 and OPA704 series are fully specified and above for ± 2V to ± 6V voltage range. The input swing exceeds the railways and railways with an output swing of 40mV in the range of 300mV.

Single versions (OPA703 and OPA704) are available in the SOT23-5 and standard SO-8 surface mount in MicroSIZE, as well as in the DIP-8 package.
