Product introduction

The OPA705 family's low-cost operational amplifiers are optimized for applications requiring rail-to-rail input and output swing. Single, dual, and quad versions are available in a variety of packages. Although the quiescent current is less than 200A per amplifier, the OPA705 also offers excellent dynamic performance (1MHz GBW and 0.6V/us SR) and unity gain stability.

The OPA705 series is fully specified and guaranteed over a voltage range of ± 2V to ± 6V. The input swing exceeds the railways and railways with an output swing of 40mV in the range of 300mV.

Stand-alone version (OPA705), available in smallSizes are available in SOT23-5 and standard SO-8 surface mount packages. This dual version (OPA2705) is available in MSOP-8 and SO-8 and DIP-8 packages.
