Product Introduction

The OPA830 is a low-power, single-supply, wideband, voltage-feedback amplifier designed to operate from a single +3 V or +5 V supply. ± 5V or +10 V supply operation is also supported. The extended positive supply within the input range is 1.7V below the negative supply. Using a complementary co-emitter output, provide or provide an output swing of 150 at the time of driving 。 The high output drive current (±80 mA) and low differential gain and phase error also make it ideal for single-supply consumer video products.

Low-distortion operation ensures high gain bandwidth product (up to 110MHz) and slew rate (550V/μs), making the OPA830 an ideal CMOS analog-to-digital converter with input buffer levels up to 3V and 5V.
