The OPA846 combines a very high gain bandwidth with very low input voltage noise and large signal performance while cooling a low 12.6 mA current. The combination of a classic differential input stage and two forward gain and high power output stages gives the OPA846 excellent dc accuracy and very low distortion output driver amplifier. The voltage feedback architecture allows all standard op amp applications to be implemented with very high performance.

The combination of low input voltage and current noise, combined with a 1.75GHz gain bandwidth product, makes the OPA846 an ideal amplifier for wideband resistor stages. As a voltage gain stage, the optimized OPA846 is flat at a gain of 10 and steadily drops down to a gain of 7.
