Product Introduction

The OPA847 combines a very high gain bandwidth of only 18 mA supply current and large signal performance with an ultra-low input noise voltage (0.85 nV/√Hz). Where energy conservation is key, the OPA847 also includes an optional power shutdown pin that inhibits the amplifier when pulled down, reducing the supply current to "1 pair of power-up value." This optional feature may not be connected to ensure proper operation without amplifier power loss is required.

Extremely low input voltage and current noise and a 3.9GHz gain bandwidth product, combined with the OPA847 resistor, are ideal amplifiers for wideband applications. As a voltage gain stage, the optimized OPA847 has a straight frequency response of a gain of 20 V/V and a stable gain as low as +12 V/V
