P80C592 enhanced 80C51 series single-chip microcomputer is produced by Philips original factory, using PLCC package, batch number 06+, microchip century-old integrated circuit warehouse is currently in stock
overview
The P8xC592 is a single-chip 8-bit high-performance microcontroller with an on-chip CAN controller, derived from the 80C51 microcontroller family.
It uses the powerful 80C51 instruction set.
Manufactured using an advanced CMOS process, the P8xC592 is designed for use in automotive and general industrial applications. In addition to the standard features of the 80C51, the device offers a variety of dedicated hardware features for these applications.
The P8xC592 is available in two versions:
P80C592 (without ROM)
P83C592 (with ROM)
Thereafter, these versions will be called P8xC592.
Temperature ranges include (maximum fCLK = 16 MHz):
-40 to +85 °C versions for general applications.
-40 to +125 °C version for automotive applications.
The P8xC592 combines the functions of the P8xC552 (microcontroller) and PCA82C200 (Philips CAN controller) with the following enhancements:
16 KB program memory
2 x 256 bytes of data memory
DMA between CAN transmit/receive buffer and internal RAM.
The main differences between P8xC592 and P8xC552 are:
16 KB programmable ROM (P8xC552 with 8KB)
Additional 256 bytes of RAM
CAN controller instead of I²C serial interface.
