    REF0x seriesPrecision voltage referenceProvides a regulated 10.0 V, 5.0 V, or 2.5 V output with minimal impact on the output voltage due to changes in supply voltage, ambient temperature, or load conditions. The device is available in 8-pin SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, and TO-99 packages, as well as a 20-pin LCC package (883 only), making it suitable for both standard and high-stress applications.

    Using an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP pin can be used for temperature sensing and estimation. A TRIM pin is also provided for precision adjustment of the output voltage.

    The REF0x series of voltage references offer a wide range of applications due to their small size, wide supply voltage range, making them ideal for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.

    The new design should use the ADR0x family of references, which provide higher accuracy and temperature stability over a wider operating temperature range and remain pin compatible with the REF0x family.
