  • Product Details:

    The REF0x series of precision reference sources provide stable 10.0 V, 5.0 V, or 2.5 V outputs with minimal impact on output voltage due to changes in supply voltage, ambient temperature, or load conditions. The device is available in 8-pin SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, and TO-99 packages, as well as a 20-pin LCC package (883 only), making it suitable for both standard and high-stress applications.

    Utilizing external buffers and a simple resistor network, the TEMP pin can be used for temperature detection and estimation. The device also provides a TRIM pin for precise adjustment of the output voltage.

    The REF0x series of reference voltage sources feature a wide form factor and a wide supply voltage range, making them ideal for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.

    The new design should use the ADR0x series reference to provide greater accuracy and temperature stability over a wider operating temperature range while remaining fully compatible with the REF0x series pins.
