  • Product Details:

    REF19x系列精密带隙基准电压源采用温度漂移曲率校正专利电路，并对高稳定性薄膜电阻进行激光调整，从而实现极低的温度系数和高初始精度。

    The series consists of micropower, low-dropout (LDV) devices that provide a stable output voltage from a power supply that is only 100 mV above the output voltage and consumes less than 45 μA. Sleep mode can be enabled by applying a low TTL or CMOS level to the SLEEP pin. In sleep mode, the output is turned off and the supply current drops further below 15 μA.

    The REF19x series of voltage references are rated for the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and the temperature range of −40°C to +125°C for typical performance specifications, making them suitable for automotive and other applications.

    All electrical grade products are available in an 8-pin SOIC package; Only the lowest electrical grade products are available in PDIP and TSSOP packages.
