The REF29xx is a high precision, low power, low dropout voltage reference series featuring the SOT23-3, companion.

The REF29xx's small size and low power consumption (50μA maximum) make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. The REF29xx does not require load capacitance but is stable with any capacitive load.

Offloaded, the REF29xx can operate with an output voltage supply within 1mV. All models and indicate a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C
