REF2940AIDBZT  

A 4.096V (bandgap) voltage reference series with a 4.096V output of 100ppm/C drifting 50uA quiescent current in a SOT23-3 package

illustrate   The REF29xx is a high-precision, low-power, low-voltage differential voltage reference series with SOT23-3. The REF29xx's small form factor and low power consumption (50μA maximum) make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. The REF29xx does not require load capacitance, but is stable with any capacitive load. Unloaded, the REF29xx can be operated with an output voltage of 1mV supplied.
